Hospitality
This body of work engages the continuous adaptation of existing hospitality venues through seasonal updates, spatial reconfigurations, and operational upgrades. Working within built conditions, I developed updated drawings, coordinated on-site installations, and curated FF&E selections to support evolving concepts and service needs. The approach emphasizes precision, flexibility, and alignment with brand identity.
Bok Bar
The north rooftop of the 8th floor of the Bok Building sits Bok Bar, featured in National Geographic, New York Times, Travel + Leisure, and more. It is a seasonal bar hosting rotating local chef partnerships, events, and community activations. Bok Bar is operated by Scout’s hospitality department.
I assisted the team’s seasonal needs, finding new FF&E, providing them with products within their budgets, and physically installing and repairing light fixture accessories and other various needs.

Irwin’s
The 8th floor on the south rooftop of the building hosts Irwin’s, an Italian restaurant that has been featured nationally by Esquire and Conde Nast.
I provided the team FF&E updates on an as-needed basis with material selection and product pricing lists. I also measured existing conditions of interior floor plan for new furniture updates and exterior roof flooring conditions to replace roof surface.
