Architecture and Design

Archway II

Architectural projects varying in stages from schematic design, design development, construction documentation, through to construction admin. My experience in design began in high-end residential additions and renovations, evolving into ground-up builds in typologies like coastal residential, multi-family, commercial, healthcare, laboratories, and boutique hotels.

This 62–key boutique hotel is designed as an anchor for one of Philadelphia’s most vibrant cultural corridors. I contributed to DD-CD phases. Through development, I designed various rooms, communal spaces like rooftop, and ground floor retail and lobby. I focused on facade design development with ventilation calculations and window design.

BBJ

HOK

New York, New York

The Borough-Based Jails (BBJ) program replaces Rikers with four modern facilities across Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens, each located closer to courts, legal services, and support systems. In Brooklyn, this becomes a 15-story, 712,150-square-foot, 1,040-bed facility designed to reduce its footprint while improving safety and access in daily operations. The overall approach aims to create a more humane, neighborhood-based correctional system with better connections to justice and services.

I contributed in the design development phase apart of the NYC design team. My tasks were room layouts and square footage takeoffs between floors.

Etihad Park is part of a 23-acre Willets Point redevelopment.

I worked with the landscape design team, assisting with sections, details, grading at the curb. My contribution focused on where the stadium meets the street edge.
